PURCHASE: A single or multi-pack of 1-inch Filtrete Air Filters from February 26, 2009 through July 30, 2009.
SUBMIT: From February 26, 2009 through July 30, 2009, legal residents of 50 U.S. and D.C. who are 18+ (19+ in AL/NE) may go to Offer Site and complete the online Offer Form in a single session by: (a) entering your complete first and last name, address line 1, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and email address; (b) inputting between one and ten sentences (each sentence must be unique and different) in English (in 25 – 500 characters) that answers the statement, Tell us why you chose Filtrete Filters; and (c) uploading a picture (file must be a JPG and may not exceed 2 MB) of your dirty air filter (Submission).
COMPLETE: Fill out the rebate email form that will be emailed to the email address you provided when you submitted your photo. Attach the original UPC barcode for your 1-inch filter and your cash register receipt dated between February 26, 2009 through July 30, 2009.
RECEIVE: A check in the amount of the purchase price of your 1-inch Filtrete air filter, not to exceed $19.99.
